Have your daily dose of Goali-o`s | IKEA Pop-up Shop

Who am I to deny beautiful home decor?

IKEA had its first pop-up shop on King Street in Toronto so Nico and I decided to check it out. As one of the biggest IKEA fangirls of life, I was definitely screaming at everything. Plus, it's a very refreshing take on the IKEA concept without the overwhelming effect of the giant warehouse. Free meatballs and seeds never hurt either.

Please enjoy the interior design porn.

Dress: Topshop / Cardigan: Thrifted / Bag: From my mom / Waterbottle (1L!!!): Dollerama

Here's a first look at my hair extensions as well! Woot woot.

When you enter, they give you these wooden spoons that scans items around the displays. That adds it to your cart and the attendants grab the items for you from the back room. Plus they have recipe books so you can have the joy of scanning things without spending any money. Preeeetty nifty.

These are the pillow covers I've been eyeing for months. I probably would have bought twelve if they were available to purchase at the pop-up.

Afterwards, we explored various hotels and condos (which were all private property where non-residents are definitely not permitted). We followed a family into an elevator and took it to the highest floor possible, which was the 19th. From the hallway, there was a pretty cool view of the CN Tower.

Then we had to grab dessert before dinner from Sweet Jesus ice cream. (Link coming soon!)

And somehow after we ended up at Osgoode Hall and Nathan Phillip Square where the cherry blossom trees were in bloom.

A big ol shoutout to my favourite guy, Nicollo. He's the only person I know who is down to illegally trespass into beautiful condominiums with me. He's almost at 200 subscribers on YouTube so I definitely suggest checking him out:

Thank you for reading! I'll see you in the next post.
