These photos are from May/June when there was a food truck event held at the city center in Mississauga. A whole bunch of food trucks gathered on this beaauuutiful sunny day so we definitely had to give some a shot. We don't see food trucks too often in our neck of the woods so we embraced this chance to try as many as financially possible.
First up is stuft where gourmet sausage in fresh-baked baguettes and fresh made sauces are the name of the game.
Here's a photo of the menu. We ordered a Mushroom Beef sausage with Smoked Gouda sauce. Later we ended up coming back for the chips.
Mushroom Beef Sausage literally stuffed into a baguette.
Bufallo Sea Salt chips after we finished half the bag in a matter of minutes. Nothing quite bats warm potato chips.
And here's their website if you want to check it out!
Per Se is a taco stand on wheels, serving up awesome shrimp tacos.
Maaan, these were awesome. I don't eat fresh tacos like this very often so this was a serious treat.
I didn't buy anything from Pretty Sweet, but just look at how cute their truck is! Gourmet cupcakes were sold for $3.50 each and were packed either individually, or in 6-packs. Their flavour selection was pretty solid. Hopefully I'll be able to try gourmet cupcakes soon!
Sometimes food trucks can be hard to find if you're not all over the city all the time,
